As I know, Firefly is an absolutely new car hire agency and it's owned by Hertz. However, I have already known that being owned by a major car rental agency does not ensure that everything concerning car rental service will be the same. Speaking about my personal experience with Firefly Denver airport branch, I can say that it wasn’t as good as I hoped to get. The car appeared to be in bad condition. I used to get amazing cars from Hertz and expected that Firefly will satisfy my needs. When I got to Firefly car rental Denver Colorado location I’d already had a reservation, but my car was not available. Moreover, there were nearly 10 people in a line. After an hour of waiting, I was given an auto that was not bad, however, at first, I requested for another model. As for the price, it was quite fair, and there were no complaints. The easiest thing with our car rental with Firefly in Denver was pick-up! It was really incredibly smooth and easy. To be honest, having read lots of Firefly car rental reviews, Denver didn’t attract me as a place to rent a car, I was prepared for some difficulties. Well, to my surprise, we had great service. We got amazing Jeep Cherokee for 3 days at a fantastic price!

I had an unexpected trip to Denver and needed a rental car immediately. I decided to go with Firefly, even though I’d never heard of this company before. I think because of the quite cheap rates. Well, in the end, everything was awesome! The customer service turned out to be top notch, fast and professional. I picked up my 2015 Altima which worked perfectly! The returning procedure was just as easy with absolutely no hassle. Would recommend Firefly Denver International Airport branch without any doubt!

I rented auto at the Firefly Denver International Airport not so long ago. My car rental experience turned out to be excellent. The company’s agent was friendly and helpful enough. He even asked me if I want to upgrade the car or buy additional insurance. When I got to the appointed place, I saw my new SUV and was absolutely contented with it. The car was sparkling clean and had no more than 700 miles on the odometer. Of course, I’ll return!
