Highly recommend everyone to rent a car with NU car rental at LAX! I booked a car through Rental24H and was absolutely satisfied with everything. The shuttle to their location was not difficult to find. After getting there, the guy behind the car rental desk was quick and helpful enough. He didn’t try to push extras and that was cool. I could add my spouse as a second driver for no additional payment which was surprising! While we were returning the car back, the process was also quick. Overall, our car had minor damages, however, it ran ok. 4-star car rental in Los Angeles.

I was a little nervous about the negative NU car rental LAX reviews. However, I made a reservation and my car rental experience was normal! I arrived on Wednesday and there was a big line. It took about 30 minutes to pick up my car. Honestly, this was the worst part of the experience. Well, a brand new Nissan Rogue appeared to be exactly what I wanted. Don’t believe everything until you experience this company for yourself!

I managed to buy much cheaper insurance through NU car rental in LA. My almost new Nissan Versa, with only 7000 miles ran perfectly. As usual, there was a 500 deposit, them I returned an auto back and after several days the pending charge disappeared. The person who helped in the returning area was especially nice! So, if I were you, I would not believe in NU car rental LAX reviews which contain lots of complaints. It is better to check everything out by yourself!

Despite poor reviews on other sites, I had an amazing experience. I read the rules before I arrived at NU car rental location to prevent any hitches. The staff of NU car rental in LA was very friendly, check-in, as well as check-out, was fast. The car ran great. The only time I was a bit sad was that the shuttle bus from the airport took quite a while to pick me up, however, the driver apologized for running late.
