Amazing price on a car that was almost new. There were absolutely no hidden costs. Check in was really quick. Additionally, there was no need to stay in lines crowded with other clients. Drop off is a bit hard to find, however, that is not a Thrifty issue, the company has the same drop off location as all other main car rental agencies. I really was lucky to find them. Strongly recommend Thrifty at San Francisco airport.

It was a really good idea to check out Thrifty car rental SFO reviews. Lots of people left quite positive ones, that is the reason I went with this company branch. I wish I’d have got the name for the man who helped me at the counter when I was checking in. He was truly helpful. I originally rented the car for three days and on the last day, I had to call them and extend my rental for yet another day. Absolutely no difficulties with everything! The return process was a piece of cake, I mean it!

However, they made us aware of the mistake and after a chat with their manager we were given compensation. I had made a reservation for a premium car and when I arrived at the counter of Thrifty car rental at San Francisco airport I asked for something new in the fleet. To my big surprise, there was no problem with it. I was given a Volkswagen CC which was a pretty nice car with roomy seats, however, not lots of trunk space. I did enjoy my auto and the rental process went smoothly. Everyone was kind and highly professional and no high-pressure add-ons. I have no doubt, that this company is one of the most reliable.

Thrifty at SFO airport offers quick service and great autos. However, for my last car rental I can give them 4 stars because when I try to get in touch with them to add the second driver, I couldn’t do it. Had to drive up to the airport office one more time. As for my car, it was in good condition as usual.
